Price Match Guarantee
We offer a conditional price match guarantee, so you can order with confidence. If you find an identical product (Cutting Board, Chopping Block or Butcher Block top) offered at a lower than advertised price (including shipping and handling) on another legal authorized website within 3 days of your purchase, supply us with the address of the page where you found the product and we will match the price.
Limitations
Cambium Wood Technologies will not match a lower price offer if doing so would violate terms of an agreement with a partner manufacturer or if the lower price offered is less than Cambium Wood Technologies’ all-in cost (the cost of the merchandise, shipping and handling expense).

Cambium Wood Technologies offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more across most of Canada. A $20 shipping fee will be applied to orders less than $75. Some exceptions apply:

For goods that are heavy and or oversized contact us to determine shipping and delivery details and pricing.

Additional cost may be required for shipment to locations or addresses not easily accessed. This could include water-locked addresses or destination not readily accessible by trailer or on an exceptionally narrow street or on a road that does not allow for turnaround. Other arrangements may need to be made with alternative freight carriers resulting in additional fees for the customer.
Cambium Wood Technologies will not be responsible for any surcharges including but not limited to the above.
The products should be inspected upon receipt. By accepting products customers waive rights with respect to claiming damages that may have occurred during shipping. In the event that merchandise must be returned due to defects in material or workmanship, customers will be responsible for returning products within the warranty period.
